Terms and Conditions Governing Use of Loader On Rent Loader Booking Services

Bike On Rent Services ation responsibilities include:

• Booking a valid cab and issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the Loader or Auto-Rickshaw operator) for it's network
• Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation. If any customers pays the booking money (in advance) and cancels the trip before 45 minutes of booking then the refund will be made in online mode to customers within 8-10 business days.
• Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience

Bike On Rent Services ation responsibilities do NOT include:

• The Loader operator’s not departing / reaching on time.
• The Loader employees being rude.
• The Loader operator’s seats etc. not being up to the customer’s expectation.
• The Loader operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
• The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.
• The Loader operator chooses a long route
• The Loader operator changing a booked cab at the last minute.
• The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the Loader Driver to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler)
• The Loader operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the Loader departure point.

Quotes and Payment

The customer shall pay the sum of the following:

• The fare as per Loader meter or as per fixed fare agreed, whichever licable
• The toll charges will be payable by customer as licable, only when crossing the toll post
• Parking charges (where licable),
• Additional night surcharge (where licable)
• Any fee or levy presently payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the Loader services.

Variations

The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the use of the services offered by Loader On Rent is at the sole risk of the Customer and that Loader On Rent disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Without prejudice to the above, Loader On Rent makes no representation or warranty that:
• the service will meet your requirements
• the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Loader On Rent shall be entitled to add to, vary or amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time and the Customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment are incorporated into these terms and conditions at www.Loader On Rent or on the date that Loader On Rent may indicate that such addition, variation or amendment is to come into effect.

Liability

Loader On Rent shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused or suffered by the Customer arising out of the use of Loader service offered by Loader On Rent or due to the failure of Loader On Rent to provide services to the Customer for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to the Customer's non-compliance with the services' recorded voice instructions, malfunction, partial or total failure of any network terminal, data processing system, computer tele-transmission or telecommunications system or other circumstances whether or not beyond the control of Loader On Rent or any person or any organization involved in the above mentioned systems.

Without prejudice to the above, Loader On Rent shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any failure by Loader On Rent to provide a Loader to the Customer within any stipulated time even if Loader On Rent has agreed to so provide the Loader or even if the Customer has advised Loader On Rent of the possibility that any such loss or damage would result if the Loader is not provided at all or within the stipulated time.

Customer shall indemnify Loader On Rent from and against and in respect of any or all liabilities, losses, charges and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnify basis) claims, demands, actions and proceedings which Loader On Rent may incur or sustain directly or indirectly from or by any reason of or in relation to the use or purposed use of the Services by the Customer and shall pay such sums on demand.

General

All the calls made to our call centre are recorded by us for quality and training purposes.

All vehicles registered with Loader On Rent are continuously tracked using GPS for security reasons only.

Loader On Rent shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to terminate the booking of Loaders done by the Customer.

Loader On Rent encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of his/her items. In case of lost items inside the Loader On Rent Cabs during the journey, Loader On Rent will try to locate the items but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same.

If the Customer leaves any goods in the Loader or has any complaint in respect of the services or the use of the Loader, the Customer has to inform Loader On Rent of the same in writing within 24hours of using the Loader or the services of Loader On Rent .

For usage outside India, respective city's court shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising from the use of the services offered by Loader On Rent or the agreement or arrangement between Loader On Rent and the Customer.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, earance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Data Protection

Loader On Rent is hereby authorized to use the location based information provided by any of the telecommunication companies when the Customer uses the mobile phone to make a Loader booking. The location based information will be used only to facilitate and improve the probability of locating a Loader for the Customer.

Loader On Rent have right to use the customer contact information for our own marketing purposes. We may send regular SMS and Email updates to the registered mobile numbers and email Ids registered with us.

Loader On Rent shall be entitled to disclose to all group companies of Loader On Rent or any of its authorized chauffeurs or any government body as so required by the law or by directive or request from such government body or any third party, the particulars of the Customer in the possession of Loader On Rent in any way as Loader On Rent , in its absolute discretion, deems fit or if it considers it in its interests to do so.

Loader On Rent does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from Loader On Rent are free of viruses or other harmful components. Loader On Rent will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
